复旦大学研究团队在探究G蛋白信号调节因子20（RGS20）在非小细胞肺癌放射抗性中的潜在作用相关研究中，使用RFect siRNA转染试剂将靶向RGS20的siRNA转染到人非小细胞肺癌细胞株A549细胞以及放射抗性细胞系A549R细胞中进行敲低实验。western blotting的结果显示，转染后与对照组相比，两种细胞中RGS20的蛋白表达与对照组相比均有所降低。
