赛力斯11月13日公告，公司2024年前三季度实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润40.38亿元。公司拟向全体股东每10股派送现金3.31元，合计拟派发现金红利5亿元，占公司2024年前三季度归属于上市公司股东的净利润的12.38%。本次利润分配方案已经公司第五届董事会第十九次会议审议通过，尚需提交公司2024年第五次临时股东大会审议。
