美国西南航空公司将向洛杉矶和亚特兰大等18个城市的机场工作人员提供自愿离职方案或延长假期，因为飞机交付延迟迫使该公司削减飞行计划。美国西南航空当地时间11月11日声明称，将向机场地面工作人员，如客户服务、停机坪和运营代理，以及某些情况下的货运员工和主管提供这些机会。西南航空公司总部为机场员工提供支持的员工也将获得买断选择权。
