财联社11月8日电，宝鹰股份公告，公司全资子公司深圳市宝鹰建设集团股份有限公司向福建省福清市法院递交民事起诉状，因装饰装修合同纠纷诉福清金碧置业有限公司、恒大地产集团福州有限公司，涉案金额2572.46万元。福清市法院已立案，目前尚未开庭审理。
