11月7日，复星旅游文化集团（复星旅文，1992.HK）发布公告，公司董事会宣布，因为要退休，钱建农近日请辞非执行董事，自2024年11月7日起生效。
钱建农已确认，其与董事会并无分歧，亦无有关其辞任的任何事宜须提请董事股东及香港联交所关注。
