莫斯科交易所当地时间11月7日发布公告称，当天上午9时03分，莫斯科交易所在开市准备工作中发现股票市场交易和清算系统运行出现错误，因此决定推迟开市时间。
目前，莫斯科交易所衍生品市场、外汇市场、贵金属市场，以及货币市场的存款和信贷业务已经开市并正常进行。
莫斯科交易所表示，拟于当地时间当天12时10分开始股票市场交易。（央视新闻）
