据央视新闻，当地时间11月5日，卢甘斯克地区利西昌斯克市政府发布消息称，当天乌军使用无人机袭击了隶属于利西昌斯克市的普里沃利耶市内的一辆民用汽车，导致车内2名平民死亡。
乌方对此暂无回应。
