11月4日，湖南常德火车站出站门被锁，旅客下车后被困在站内，在网上引起热议。记者从常德火车站获悉，系值班人员上班迟到未开门，致旅客被困约20分钟，已对值班人员和相关负责人批评教育，同时对值班人员停岗培训。
