财联社11月5日电，沃达丰与长江和记英国子公司Three UK之间价值150亿英镑(约合195亿美元)的合并有望获得批准，前提是两家公司承诺投资英国移动网络的大规模升级。英国竞争与市场管理局(CMA)也表示，两家公司应该采取措施保护消费者，防止价格上涨。
