11月4日，深圳市房地产中介协会数据显示，2024年第44周（10月28日-11月3日）深圳二手房签约量为2109套，环比下降4.5%。
深房中协表示，周签约量环比虽有小幅下降，但从绝对值看，二手房市场仍保持高位运行，二手房周签约量已连续4周单周超2000套，反映出当前二手房市场热度不减。
