记者从海南省防灾减灾救灾委员会获悉，据气象预报，海南岛降水强度趋于减弱，海南省气象局已于11月4日16时40分解除暴雨四级预警。根据《海南省防汛防风防旱应急预案》有关规定，海南省防灾减灾救灾委员会决定于2024年11月4日17时终止防汛防风Ⅳ级应急响应。
