2024年11月4日，经纬辉开(300120.SZ)公告称，公司与卫伟平签署股权转让合同，拟以自有资金5800万元受让卫伟平持有的诺思微4.7672%股权。交易完成后，公司将直接持有诺思微13.9552%股权，通过间接方式控制诺思微的股权将从17.1125%增加至21.8797%。
诺思微主要从事射频前端体声波滤波芯片（BAW）及模块的设计、研发、生产和销售。
