11月2日，安徽省芜湖市繁昌区郭仁村，新建新平灌区项目在施工作业。
项目通过对现有灌区实施新建灌溉泵站及信息化工程、整治调蓄区和灌排渠道等措施，保障灌区供水安全、粮食安全、生态安全。
