兰州东金公路桑园子桥加固改造工程已于2024年10月31日正式竣工，该路段已恢复正常通行。为确保广大乘客的出行便利，2024年11月1日，903路车辆恢复原线路（榆中-夏官营-金崖-来紫堡-东岗镇）运营，线路恢复后将不再绕行定远镇至G312国道。
