据SK中国消息，SK Innovation和SK E&S的合并法人于11月1日正式成立。自今年7月宣布合并后，历时逾三个月的筹备工作已完成，以2024年上半年的资产评估为准，此次合并后的公司资产规模达到105万亿韩元，SK Innovation将成为亚太地区最大的民营综合能源企业。当天SK Innovation完成了与SK E&S的合并，以及子公司SK On、SK Trading International的合并程序。预计明年2月1日，SK On和SK Enterm的合并也将完成。
在此次合并中，SK On也将SK Trading International更名为“SK On Trading International”，同样以CIC体制运营。
