北京时间10月31日，美职联官方宣布，达拉斯门将马尔滕-佩斯在当地时间5月29日对阵洛杉矶银河比赛中的两连扑当选美职联年度最佳扑救。
在达拉斯对阵洛杉矶银河比赛中，马尔滕-佩斯共完成了8次扑救，送出5次长传，扑出1粒点球，并完成了两次连续扑救。然而，最终达拉斯仍然1-3不敌洛杉矶银河。
本赛季截至目前，马尔滕-佩斯代表达拉斯出场了35次，均为首发。
