财联社10月31日电，俄罗斯卡拉恰伊-切尔克斯共和国首府切尔克斯克市的一栋居民楼发生天然气爆炸，造成两层楼坍塌。根据俄罗斯紧急情况部发布的消息，该事故目前已造成4人死亡。切尔克斯克市目前已宣布进入紧急状态。
