财联社10月31日电，从中国铁路南昌局集团有限公司、福建海事局获悉，为防范今年第21号台风“康妮”可能带来的不利影响，福建境内福平线、衢宁线全部，以及甬广高速线、杭深线、峰福线等铁路部分区段旅客列车停运，沿海地区71条客渡运航线190艘客渡船停航。
