当地时间10月30日，西门子宣布同意斥资106亿美元以全现金交易方式收购模拟软件公司Altair Engineering。西门子将为Altair每股支付113美元现金，后者估值达到106亿美元。这一报价较2024年10月21日Altair未受影响的收盘价溢价19%。Altair总部位于美国密歇根州，向工业制造、消费品、能源和其他行业的大型企业客户销售数据分析技术和服务。
