受台风“康妮”和冷空气共同影响，预计10月30日上午至31日上午：
闽中渔场、闽南渔场和台湾浅滩渔场将出现5.0~7.0m的巨浪到狂浪，闽东渔场、闽外渔场和钓鱼岛海域将出现3.5~5.5m的大浪到巨浪；
福州至泉州沿岸海域将出现3.0~4.5m的大浪到巨浪，宁德、厦门和漳州沿岸海域将出现2.8~3.8m的大浪。 海浪预警级别为橙色。请注意防范，做好防风避浪。（央视新闻）
