泰国旅游与体育部长索拉翁·天通10月29日表示，由于海外经济衰退抑制旅游支出，泰国今年可能无法实现旅游收入3万亿泰铢的目标。政府会努力使收入达到2.78万亿泰铢。
索拉翁·天通称，预计今年外国游客人数将超过政府设定的3670万人目标。
