同仁堂10月29日公告，控股子公司北京同仁堂商业投资集团有限公司拟与红惠（北京）科技有限公司、北京道培宏德医疗投资有限公司、红惠医药有限公司、王德生及王爱晓共同签署《股权转让协议》，拟支付1.05亿元受让红惠科技所持红惠医药51%股权。
