德国莱茵金属公司总裁阿明·帕佩格10月26日向乌克兰媒体透露，莱茵金属公司计划在乌克兰开设的四家工厂中的第一家已经开始运营，首批10辆在乌克兰生产的Lynx步兵战车有望在今年年底交付部队。该公司在乌克兰的第二家工厂也已经开始筹建。帕佩格表示，莱茵金属公司目前正在乌克兰建设火药厂和弹药厂，并计划在当地生产防空系统。（央视新闻）
