近年来，西藏自治区昂仁县卡嘎镇江嘎村持续实施硬化、净化、绿化、亮化、美化工程。村里硬化了入户路面，集中建设牛羊圈、推进人畜分离，为每家每户新建水厕、安装太阳能淋浴，极大改善了当地群众的人居环境。
