财联社10月24日电，上海市民政局等部门联合印发《上海市养老机构预收费监管实施办法》。其中提出，养老机构相关收费应符合《上海市养老机构服务收费管理办法》的规定，床位费、照料护理费原则上采用当月收取费用的方式。养老机构一次性预收取的床位费、照料护理费、膳食费等养老服务费最多不超过3个月。鼓励养老机构根据预收养老服务费的月份数，提供相应的折扣优惠。
