瑞财经 AI 10月23日消息，中瓷电子（003031.SZ）发布公告，公司董事会近日正式收到独立董事袁蓉丽的书面辞职报告。
根据报告内容，袁蓉丽因个人原因，向公司提出辞去独立董事职务的申请，同时辞去其在公司担任的审计与风险委员会主任委员及薪酬和考核委员会委员的职务。
此次辞职生效后，袁蓉丽将不再于中瓷电子担任任何职务。
