韩立秀，女，1956年11月出生，沧州市献县巾帼志愿服务队志愿者。
她热爱公益事业，7年来，每天准时来到雨花敬老服务中心，带领后厨人员为老人提供就餐服务达10余万人次。她组织参与公益活动600余次，对6个孤残家庭的10名儿童定期帮扶，给有需要的家庭募捐服装1600余件。获评“沧州好人”。
