诺泰生物10月23日公告，公司及实际控制人之一赵德中于近日收到中国证监会《立案告知书》。根据《立案告知书》，因涉嫌信息披露违法违规等，根据法律法规，中国证监会决定立案。
经公司自查，本次立案可能涉及公司2021年度技术转让相关事宜。截至本公告披露日，公司尚未收到中国证监会的最终调查结论，立案调查事项的最终结果将以中国证监会出具的结论为准。
