海外网10月17日电据俄罗斯《报纸报》10月15日报道，俄罗斯莫尔多瓦共和国首府萨兰斯克市与中国江苏省镇江市结为友好城市。
报道称，双方计划在工业、农业、教育、文化和旅游等多个领域开展合作。据悉，莫尔多瓦国立大学已与江苏科技大学建立了合作关系，双方计划建立中俄研究院，首批学生将于明年入学。（张英杰）
