证券时报e公司讯，工业富联旗下鸿佰科技今日出席美国加州圣何塞会议中心举行的2024年开放运算计划全球峰会(OCP, Open Compute Project)，展示其全面集成的AI产品线，为未来AI数据中心赋能。鸿佰展示的NVIDIA HGX B200液冷AI加速器提供强大AI训练效能，可无缝完美整合至OCP ORv3机架中，并部署于客户的数据中心。鸿佰还展出NVIDIA GB200 NVL72与水对水CDU解决方案。GB200 NVL72是专为兆级参数大语言模型（LLM, Large Language Model）训练和实时推论设计的液冷机柜，相当于拥有72个NVLink连接的Blackwell Tensor 核心GPU的巨型GPU。
