观点网讯：10月15日，华营建筑集团控股有限公司（以下简称“华营建筑”）发布自愿性公告。
公告显示，华营建筑的间接全资附属公司华营建筑有限公司已签立中标通知书，成功中标香港新界元朗公型房屋发展项目的主要建设工程合约。
该合约金额约为17亿港元，华营建筑将担任主要承建商，负责提供楼宇建设工程施工。预计该项目将于2024年10月下旬正式动工。
