河南专升本2024年招生计划已经公布，总招生人数为94383，其中，普通计划为83584人，建档立卡836人，退役士兵9963人；普通公办招生人数为30940人，普通民办招生人数为52644人。
此外，高数类专业、法学、遗传学招生人数相较于2023年增多，其中高数类专业共计扩招1871人；其他学科类专业均有缩招，其中大学语文类专业、医学类专业、管理学类专业缩招明显；退役大学生招生人数整体呈上涨趋势。
