格隆汇10月14日｜中指研究院数据显示，2024年“十一黄金周”期间，杭州有8个项目开盘，成交569套新房，成交面积8.5万平方米，较2023年“国庆”期间成交规模增长187%。二手房方面，“国庆”期间带看量超12万人次，较节前一周增长6.6%，同比2023年“国庆”期间增幅达61.9%，二手房成交377套，同比去年“国庆周”期间增长8.9%。
