观点网讯：10月14日，根据上海证券交易所信息披露显示，国家电投-河北公司新能源基础设施投资绿色资产支持专项计划（类REITs）项目更新为“已受理”。
观点新媒体获悉，上述债券发行人为中国康富国际租赁股份有限公司，拟发行总额为人民币13.51亿元，债券品种为资产支持证券(ABS)，承销商为中信证券。
该债券首次受理日期为2024年09月09日。
