10月10日，广西南宁。《南宁市特种行业治安管理规定》近日经会议表决批准，该规定首次将按摩服务业列入南宁市特种行业治安管理范围，将于2024年11月1日起施行。
规定明确要求，按摩服务业经营者对凌晨2时至8时在场所内接受服务的人员，应当如实记录其姓名、住址、身份证件种类和号码等信息。
