据《女装日报》报道，LVMH已将Off-White品牌公司Off-White LLC售予纽约的Bluestar Alliance LLC。Off-White由前路易威登男装艺术总监Virgil Abloh于2012年创立并推向巅峰。Abloh2021年末逝世后，品牌开始衰落。他曾预言2020年代街头服饰将衰退。2014年，Off-White在香港开设首店，后在中国多地布局十余家门店。但至2024年，已几乎关闭所有中国线下门店。
