10月7日晚间，誉衡药业（002437）发布公告称，公司于9月30日收到董事王东绪出具的《股份减持计划告知函》。
公告显示，持有誉衡药业股份921万股（占公司总股本比例0.4056%）的董事王东绪计划自本公告之日起15个交易日后的三个月内以集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份21万股（占公司股份总数的0.0092%）。
