观点网讯：9月30日，世茂服务控股有限公司发布公告，宣布更换核数师。
世茂服务在公告中指出，前任核数师开元信德会计师事务所有限公司因内部可用资源等因素，于2024年9月30日辞任。
同时，监管机构决定开元信德五年内无法再为在中国内地之外上市的内地公司开展审计服务。
开元信德确认除上述披露外，无其他事宜须股东关注，且董事会不知悉与开元信德有任何分歧。
