9月30日，长沙银行发布公告称，2024年9月29日，该行收到《湖南金融监管局关于张曼长沙银行行长任职资格的批复》（湘金复〔2024〕221号）、《湖南金融监管局关于罗刚长沙银行副行长任职资格的批复》（湘金复〔2024〕223号），核准张曼担任行长、罗刚担任副行长的任职资格。
