观点网讯：9月27日消息，雄安新区第十批回迁安置住房于9月26日-10月2日开始集中验房交付。
据了解，这次交付包含雄东片区A、B两个单元的安置房，共计交付房源9344套。
雄东片区A单元安置房项目总占地面积约98.63万平方米，共计37个小区，206栋住宅楼，本次交付房源269套。雄东片区B单元安置房项目总占地面积约83万平方米，共计46个小区，285栋住宅楼，本次交付房源9075套。
