9月23日，在临潼区铁炉街道铁炉村秸秆艺术创作中心，村民们正在“掐辫子”。麦秆编织是铁炉街道一项传统工艺，村民们将麦秆回收再利用，编织成扇子、拖鞋、草帽、手提包等工艺品，销往全国各地。原本普通的麦秆，经过村民的巧手编织，变废为宝成了畅销的“金宝贝”。
