北京商报讯（记者 乔心怡）9月26日，北京商报记者从淘天集团获悉，"双11"期间，平台将为参与大促的淘宝天猫商家免费提供"先用后付"服务。而对大促前就已签约"先用后付"服务并报名参加天猫"双11"的商家，在大促及预售期间，店铺内支持"先用后付"的商品均免收软件服务费。
