David Blair shared his observation that a lot of small towns and rural areas around China got huge investments over the last 10 to 15 years through the rural revitalization program. He considered they are set to take off to become a new growth model for China. "So essentially, China has to get through the next 5 years of transition and then there's sort of a bright future."
