日前，从云南华丽高速公路投资开发有限公司了解到，华坪至丽江高速公路永胜互通至程海段定于2024年9月28日上午10时0分起通车收费，届时，将实现华丽高速全线贯通；丽江至攀枝花、大理可实现全程高速往返。
