根据施工需要，9月24日——9月30日将占用滨河东、西路胜利桥及长风桥路段中央护栏两侧各一条机动车道进行中央栏杆改造施工。为保障滨河东、西路正常通行，施工采取夜间22:00至次日6:00施工作业，车辆在途经上述路段时，请提前减速行驶并按照施工导行指示标志通行。
