财联社9月23日电，嘉元科技公告，公司与梅州市梅县区人民政府就“嘉元科技年产5万吨高端铜箔建设项目”签署《投资意向书解除协议》。自《解除协议》生效之日起，《投资意向书》中约定的双方权利义务终止。
