9月19日，国家金融监督管理总局曲靖监管分局发布行政处罚通报，云南英茂汽车保险销售服务有限公司曲靖营业部因编造虚假财务数据，被处以11万元罚款。同时，该营业部会计主管吴靖因对此负有直接责任，受到监管警告并罚款1万元。
