布鲁克林篮网官方消息，球队将于2025年1月26日（当地时间25日）退役文斯-卡特的15号球衣。当天晚上，篮网将在主场对阵热火。
文斯-卡特在2004-2009年为篮网效力了5个赛季，他共为球队出战374场常规赛，场均能够贡献23.6分5.8板4.7助攻。
卡特的15号球衣将是篮网队史退役的第7件球衣，另外6位分别是彼德罗维奇、基德、约翰-威廉姆斯、比尔-梅尔基翁尼、朱利叶斯-欧文和巴克-威廉姆斯。
