财联社9月19日电，加拿大政府18日宣布，明年将进一步削减留学签证数量、收紧工作签证政策，以减少临时居留人数，缓解外来人口增多引发的住房、就业等问题。不过，一些经济学家认为，经济问题比较复杂，不能把“锅”全甩到移民身上。
