威腾电气9月19日公告，公司拟与ABB（中国）有限公司（简称“ABB”）设立合资公司江苏威腾ABB母线有限公司，开展低压母线产品的研发、生产、销售等。合资公司注册资本为8000万元，其中公司拟使用自有资金出资4080万元，占注册资本总额的51%。
